Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your magical Disney items. If anything doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of delivery. Please contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For health and safety reasons, personalized items and opened bath products (like our Basin Soap Bars) cannot be returned. All other collectibles in original condition can be returned within the 15-day window.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your payment method and financial institution.
